We avoid people that just log in for raids, there is pretty much always something going on in ScrubBusters unlike most raid logging top guilds out there.

★ About raiding
Do note we never will be a daytime raiding guild.

[*] During progression raids can be scheduled on Friday/Saturday evenings.
[*] When progression is over we fall back to a very laid back raiding schedule wich usually means 1 day a week for mains and another day for alts (farm).
Note: Progression obviously only happens a few times per expansion and only lasts a few weeks.
★ The raiding roster
We want a rather tight core with people that are rarely in need of a day away from raiding. The closer to 100% attendance, the better, during progression and farm. That way less people will have to be geared up, and less people need to be educated during progression.
We highly value people with the right attitude along with high attendance and excellent performance. Quality raiders will always feel rewarded in our community. Just as important is your team spirit; you play for the guild. ScrubBusters has a competitive environment however, your expected to play your best at all times. We keep rotation among Melee/Ranged/Healer spots in the guild seeing some bosses require raid stacking. We also run a 25 man alt roster allowing all unsaved mains being able to get every boss every week asides peoples alts.
★ SB Alt raiding
SB will provide you with 25 man alt raids weekly, plus several 10 mans on the side. Participating and having an alt can be seen as a plus.
★ Recruitment
We are always interested in good applications for all classes. If you think you can perform better then someone in our raiding roster, please do apply. Provide all detailed information required, and perhaps earn yourself a full-time raiding position in ScrubBusters. Besides you can at all times follow our recruitment needs on the website or on wowprogress however. We generally answer applications within a few days, sometimes followed by an interview on Teamspeak 3.0
★ A few tips before you think about applying
1. Maxing your character with the best professions, consumables, craftables is an absolute must.
2. Do not rush your application, filling open questions with 1 word answers is not the way to go.
3. You will most likely be questioned in your application thread, this is because we want to know and understand more about you and your character.
4. Good attitude, attendance, performance is what distinguishes you between trialist and raider.
5. If your internet connection is unreliable, you should stop reading. If your computer shuts down every 2 hours, we don't want you.
6. This is most likely your first and only impression to our guild, be sure to make it worth our time.
7. Your application will sometimes be finalized in a Teamspeak interview by the officers.
★ About our server, The Maelstrom
The Maelstrom is a mid size population realm with a very multicultural flair based around English as its central language. A strong PvE culture and active PvP business going on on both factions. This allows our players to enjoy every aspect of the game, without huge overcrowding problems or server stability issues.
